Hello. You should take a look at the comments on how Wikipedia is not a soapbox. The country is almost universally known in English as "Albania". You aren't going to change that by editing Wikipedia, and English Wikipedia reflects what places and things are most generally called in English in reliable sources. I can find no evidence on the internet that "Skipia" is an accepted spelling of any name of Albania in any language. Nardog (talk) 00:05, 25 August 2022 (UTC)
