your reason here - requesting to unblock CrystalJadePH so we can create an article for Crystal Jade Philippines...I think we've mistakenly put advertising or promoting the business before, and we apologize. We will provide business information this time, subject to approval of course. We just want to make a page similar to our counterparts in Singapore, you may check the link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crystal_Jade_Culinary_Concept_Holdings thank you. We are new to this and the staff who created the account before when it was blocked, is no longer connected with Crystal Jade.

Decline reason:

Firsly, an unblock can only be requested by the account user on that account's user talk page - and the English Wikipedia does not allow company or group accounts, only accounts representing and used by single individuals. Usually we would allow an account to be renamed but in this case, as the person who created the User:CrystalJadePH account is no longer using it, it can not be taken over by someone else and can not now be unblocked.

There are also possible problems with this account, as you use the word "We", suggesting it is operated by multiple users. Please be sure that only one person has access to this account if you decide to use it to edit Wikipedia, and also be sure to adhere to the conflict of interest guidelines described at WP:COI.

Finally, I have reviewed the (now deleted) article created by User:CrystalJadePH, and I see no indication that that specific restaurant individually satisfies Wikipedia's minimum requirements for notability - see WP:NCORP for details of what is required for a commercial operation to have a Wikipedia article. Can I offer you some advice? Reworking the content of Draft:Crystal Jade Philippines is not what you need to be doing right now, as it will not make any difference to the notability of the restaurant. What you need is to go and look for sources, and by that I mean multiple independent reliable sources which offer in-depth coverage of the restaurant. If you don't have those, no amount of re-writing the article is going to make any difference, and I'd really hate to see you wasting your time on something that may ultimately be impossible.
