Anthony Callea edit

Hello Di. First of all, I'd like to (belatedly) welcome you to Wikipedia. :) It's great that you have decided to get a Wikipedia user name and help us to build a better encyclopedia.

I usually do not protect (or semi-protect) an article unless there is significant or recurring vandalism. At this stage, the vandalism is happening every few days, as opposed to every few hours or minutes. Its rate of vandalism is actually quite low by comparison to other articles.

I will try to keep a close eye on the article, and if it appears that the vandalism is becoming more frequent or libellious, I will definitely put it back on semi-protection (or even full protection, if necessary). It is a topmost concern of ours to stop defamation on articles about living people.

If you see any vandalism which would benefit from an immediate intervention by me or another administrator, I enocurage you to visit WP:AIV, a central place where people can get in touch with active administrators in relation to vandalism.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. - Mark 12:47, 18 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

It Takes Two (Australian TV program) edit

While it is appreciative that you have expanded the article to include details on series 2 of the show, please do not copy and paste press releases verbatim as it could be considered a copyright violation. I've deleted some of your edits, mainly the paragraphs taken from the press release in order to avoid this, and to keep the section in line with the rest of the article at the moment. ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
