Could you explain why you added Scarsdale, NY as death place, while the source states Falls Church, Virginia? I'm just curious... Kraxler (talk) 14:38, 19 April 2013 (UTC)

The reference I added states "while living with his daughter", not necessarily at her home; one of the others I'd found, read, and considered for inclusion made the distiction, but I don't see it again right off, and I don't have access to the one previously included, that supports the next sentence, and perhaps deathplace as well, so it isn't clear that Falls Church is actually correct. The source you added (Court of Appeals bio) states clearly that he died in Falls Church, while residing with his daughter there. No source listed in the article states Scarsdale. I corrected the article. I was just curious, so let's move on... Kraxler (talk) 23:23, 22 April 2013 (UTC)
