Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Groundforce

When you create an article, you should make sure it meets the criteria for inclusion and that the references are already present, otherwise it is liable to be deleted. I don't doubt that such an organisation exists, but you didn't even give enough information for a reader to be able to tell what it does. Try preparing the article in your sandbox next time. Irtysh Avia

Hello. Please note that I've redirected Irtysh Avia to Irtysh Air. This has been done more than two years after your comment. Better late than never. Cheers.--Jetstreamer Talk 18:38, 15 June 2014 (UTC)

January 2015

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Bari Centrale Railway Station a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Bari Centrale railway station. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut-and-paste-move repair holding pen. Thank you.

From what I can work out, you moved the article that had been at Bari Centrale railway station to Bari Centrale Railway Station in the proper manner, but then attempted to undo your move by copying the content that was now at Bari Centrale Railway Station over the redirect that had been left at Bari Centrale railway station; you then altered Bari Centrale Railway Station to become a redirect. As a result the page history is split: [1], [2] --Redrose64 (talk) 23:52, 28 January 2015 (UTC)

Many thanks for all that work on that history! Would you be so kind as to suggest a way to proceed, then? -- Denis.arnaud (talk) 00:33, 29 January 2015 (UTC)
Before dropping you the message, I gave the article a {{db-histmerge}} which will probably be acted upon by Anthony Appleyard (talk · contribs) within 24 hours. --Redrose64 (talk) 00:48, 29 January 2015 (UTC)
OK, thanks! -- Denis.arnaud (talk) 00:53, 29 January 2015 (UTC)
