There is no hurry, I have found most of the answers. The more important thing is I can not access the tool for last one hour or so (server error 5xx including 500, 502). I'll go to sleep in next 15 minutes, Please break my reservations (if any).

Native languages in settlement infoboxes

I read the RFC at Wikipedia talk:Noticeboard for India-related topics/Archive 48#Native languages in lead and the follow-on archived discussion on your talk page, but I do not understand the assertions and actions by Abhishek191288 in removing indic script native names from their location in the settlement infobox citing WP:INDICSCRIPT. I have barely read over it, but I don't see the point in commenting. I've clarified /several/ times before what my thoughts are on the subject, and specifically I said that I did not think the RfC went beyond the scope of the lead. AUSC noms

CheckUsers require a lot of trust from the community; AUSC is one of the ways trust in CUs is built. It is in your own interest to remain at arm's length from the AUSC nominations process. --Surturz (talk) 06:17, 15 April 2013 (UTC)

I have made no threats of any kind, nor have I expressed a desire for an AUSC that always finds in favour of the complainant. Please restrict yourselves to refuting arguments I have actually made. All I am saying is that if the CheckUser/Oversighters participate in the AUSC community rep nominations process, it hampers the claim that those reps actually represent the community. --Surturz (talk) 07:08, 15 April 2013 (UTC)

Again, please restrict your replies to arguments I have actually made. Nowhere have I said that CUs are not part of the community. I have only said it was unwise for them to attempt to influence the AUSC nominations process. Arbs are members of the community too, but they can - and frequently do - recuse themselves from discussions where there is a potential or perceived conflict of interest. IP block exemption

Hi DQ, I noticed my IP Block exemptions were removed a month and a half ago, I noticed it now, after coming back to college, and finding that one of the IPs was blocked. Do I need to send an email for exemption status again? Several college IPs are blocked, [they use multiple ISPs], and I would like to return to editing. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 08:15, 21 April 2013 (UTC)

User:Farmer Brown

This is an alt of mine for insecure logins at hotels, cafes, libraries and the like. I was using User:Pharmboy (my original login, all alts are clearly declared) but want to use this most of the time now. Would requesting an IPBE be a good idea for it, knowing it will almost always be used on IPs that are used by a large number of people? I logged into Dennis and Farmer both here at the house today, where I'm editing right now (I also edit from work, as you probably know), and you have my permission to run a check to verify the logs on any account I've ever used. I have some trips planned soon and didn't want to get stuck with no way to edit without using my admin account on insecure networks. Dennis Brown - 2¢ © Join WER 02:22, 25 April 2013 (UTC)

It's not a matter of requesting really. We don't really bother or bother with admins giving themselves IPBE, we just trust them. If you want to know if your alt account has previously been adversely affected by a block, then I can take a look for you, otherwise, you can just flag yourself. But there is no way of telling whether you will be blocked, so giving yourself IPBE just in case is fine. -- DQ (ʞlɐʇ) 02:46, 25 April 2013 (UTC)

Last time and only time I used the IPBE tool, I got my head bit off and all kinds of stuff I'm not supposed to know about, although in the end it turned out my actions were actually reasonable even if not optimal, hence my reluctance to use those tools without checking with a trusted CU, and you top my list. Concerns

A user banned under Greco-Turkish articles has been making disruptive edits in the Armenia page. His recent edit deleted the Armenian historical and cultural aspects of Mount Ararat and replaced it with a more Turkified rendition by stating it is in Turkey and only visible from Armenia. I believe he is trying to edit outside of Greek and Turkish articles since they will cause his ban while spreading Turkish oriented material in other articles. I do not see any prohibited or unlawful edit. Topics to be banned, serve as evidence that is not true at all. User Proudbolsahye,reverted without a satisfactory explanation.[1]. This is not nothing to do with the topic, consisting of a personal thought. Also, there is no concrete resource specified. "Mount Ararat, which was historically part of Armenia, is the highest mountain in the region" .(It is shown as a mountainin of Armenia). Besides, important information has been removed by the user.See [2]. While this information is very important for Armenia's foreign relations, it was considered unnecessary. Hi DQ. Maurice07 is edit-warring and blanking important and well-known historical facts related to the history of Armenia. For example he blanked the following passage:

Mount Ararat, which was historically part of Armenia, is the highest mountain in the region. Now located in Turkey, but clearly visible in Armenia, it is regarded by the Armenians as a symbol of their land. Because of this, the mountain is present on the Armenian national emblem today.

with the edit-summary: Unacceptable opinion.I would like to remind you that Mount Ararat in the territory of Turkey.Political opinion can not be included here

He has also deleted the Armenian name for Diyarbakir without an edit-summary. He is clearly not here to build a better and more neutral encyclopedia. Anyhow, I don't want to clutter DQ's TP. I may have to request to increase his sanctions to ARBAA2. But more importantly, as of now, I believe appropriate action towards his push for a Turkish agenda in an Armenian articles and his disruptive edit-warring is needed. • As usual, biased and aggressive policies by Dr.K. I don't think he is neutral on this issue. This is actually, my contributions follow and wait for the opportunity to take revenge. Mount Ararat with the relevant sentence, a clear violation of WP:VAN.It's not in any way an acceptable jurisdiction by a user. Armenians may have some claims on Mount Ararat but should not imposed the main article of Armenia. I see a reasonable against it, but as long as the violation of the principle of impartiality! • Hi guys, so Maurice is only currently restricted under ARBMAC and not under ARBAA2. And his current sanction does not apply to any of the above as I don't see how Greece is involved in any of these edits. If you guys are looking for sanctions under AA2, I would prefer that this be considered by multiple administrators, and demonstrated clearly via a thread at Arb Enforcement.
