Albert Guðmundsson addition

edit

Hi. Please fix the grammar and add a full stop for this addition. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 23:12, 10 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Okay David Cok 122 (talk) 08:30, 11 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
This change was not at all sufficient, I'm afraid. Ref tags are placed after, not before punctuation; see MOS:CITEPUNCT. Every complete English sentence requires a subject ("he" in this case). Players play "at", not "on" tournaments.
I was just about to fix these issues for you when I noticed that both references actually failed to verify that Iceland came second as the sentence you added claims – not good, see WP:VERIFY. Please be sure to include a proper reference, preferably an article from a reliable newspaper before you re-add the content. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 22:36, 11 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
Hello? This is still happening? Please make a better effort. Robby.is.on (talk) 21:28, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
Oh now, sorry David Cok 122 (talk) 22:02, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
The full stop was still missing. I fixed that: [1] Robby.is.on (talk) 08:49, 25 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Robby.is.on. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Wout Faes, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Robby.is.on (talk) 13:27, 20 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Wout Faes, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Robby.is.on (talk) 14:34, 20 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

The FIFA document (https://web.archive.org/web/20191103180706/https://www.fifadata.com/document/FU17/2015/pdf/FU17_2015_SquadLists.pdf) does not mention the third place so it fails to verify the claim Faes came third. See WP:VERIFY. Also, please write in English – "Belgia" is not English. Robby.is.on (talk) 14:35, 20 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for adding a reference to support the "third place" claim. But why are you still writing "Beligia"? Robby.is.on (talk) 14:51, 20 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
Sorry, forgot to fix David Cok 122 (talk) 14:52, 20 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
As stated above, "Belgia" is not correct. It's Belgium. I've fixed it at Faes' article.
Two more things:
* "Honours" sections go below "Career statistics" per the template at Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Players,
* There need to be a spaces after colons. I've added one at Keagan Dolly: diff. Robby.is.on (talk) 17:07, 20 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, I will consider) David Cok 122 (talk) 17:12, 20 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

There are still spaces missing: [2], [3]. Robby.is.on (talk) 09:20, 3 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Artjoms Rudņevs, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Baltic Cup. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:31, 30 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Grammar

edit

Hi David, every English sentence requires a subject. So it has to be "he represented" instead of "represented": [4], [5] Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 11:55, 3 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Omg, I'm sorry. I am ashamed( David Cok 122 (talk) 12:01, 3 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm GiantSnowman. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Lamin Jallow seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.
