Hello. Your recent edit to List of free and open-source web applications appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Please see also WP:COI, in case it applies. GermanJoe (talk) 17:29, 1 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the check and sorry for my mistake, it's my first edition in wikipedia. I've added Up1 and Excalidraw pages. Please, could you tell me if they are correct? apart from that, I've uploaded the logos from their github pages but there's no license information, apart from the MIT one for code. Any advice? thanks a lot in advance!

Speedy deletion nomination of Excalidraw

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Excalidraw requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Excalidraw moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Excalidraw, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hello Danitxu, thank you for your interest in contributing to Wikipedia. But new topics generally need 2-3 reliable independent sources with some in-depth coverage about the topic. Please note that blogs, personal websites, advertising and the topic's own website are generally not sufficient to establish "notability" in Wikipedia's sense of the term. Most minor software projects will usually not meet these criteria. Please make sure to read about the criteria for notability and WP:Your first article, and feel free to ask on my user talkpage or at WP:Teahouse if you have further questions. Best regards.
