Problem with copy-and-paste move edit
Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Halo Business Intelligence a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut-and-paste-move repair holding pen. Thank you.
Further, please explain why Halo Business Intelligence is not a suitable title and why the article should be titled Halo Business Intelligence (Halo BI) instead. It looks like the name of the company is Halo Business Intelligence, so that's what the article should be titled. —C.Fred (talk) 18:23, 21 July 2014 (UTC)

Thank you Fred. You are right. I can just keep it "Halo Business Intelligence" instead of "Halo Business Intelligence (Halo BI). I just thought if I put Halo BI in the title then more people would end up finding the page. I will explore the "move page" option and hopefully clean up the mess I've made. Does the "move page" option redirect searches? If I want "Halo BI" to bring someone to the "Halo Business Intelligence" page will this work?
- The article should be at the title of the company. Now, it may be appropriate to create a redirect from Halo BI to Halo Business Intelligence: then, if somebody searches for "Halo BI", they get taken to the company's page. —C.Fred (talk) 18:45, 21 July 2014 (UTC)

- What you want is a redirect, as I mentioned above. Create a page called Halo BI and put the following code on the page:
