Hilhi edit

Thank you for adding to the Hilhi page. I was hoping someone would add some academics to the page. By chance, do you have a source for the information, other than you attending the school. One of WikiPedia's policies is to reference material. You could probably find the info listed somewhere on the school's page, then just [put the URL between brackets]. Thanks and happy editing. Race Driver 3 Entry Modified edit

Thanks for ruining a great reference of material for RD3. You have removed public information that was of great interest to all gamers of Race Driver 3.

Whether it was 100% accurate or not for Wikipedia's documentation, I can find many other examples of similar pages for games. Why not go ruin them also and really get on people's nerves.

The material for RD3 was extensive and useful for people wanting to see the whole picture of a game that is based on a miriad of data. So collecting the data in Wikipedia made sense, since it is a reference source for information on the limitations and contents of this game.

You have removed HUGE chunks of valuable info.

I have used Wikipedia for years, and have found it invaluable for many sources of information. Thanks to you, this is the first time I have ever had a negative experience with it. Maybe you should just leave well enough alone ! Go fiddle with yourself, instead of others' hard work! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 210.1.205.140 (talk) 06:41, 21 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

A great reference material? Wikipedia is not a guide, a walkthrough, or an FAQ. Check out GameFAQs for information like that. I removed sections related to the championships, events, "Rick's Sayings", and the flag rules. Car lists and track lists are important, championships are still mentioned. If you are displeased with the current state of the article, feel free to revert it, but justify your actions and prove how the information removed meets Wikipedia guidelines. Unblock Request edit

{{Unblock on hold|1=blocking administrator|2=I previously had Apache installed on a computer at this IP address which was unknown to me acting as an open proxy. It was detected by ProcseeBot on June 5th as an open proxy, my IP received a block. I corrected the configuration problem with Apache on June 8th. Le Mans driver line-up templates edit

I have to say I am a little confused on these templates that you created a few days ago. I can understand the thinking behind them somewhat, but I'm not sure if they are necessary. First, all three of the teams you have created templates for (Corvette, Joest, Peugeot Sport) all have had major programs outside of Le Mans, so creating templates solely for Le Mans seems a bit useless. And sure Joest, being the historic team it is, deserves something more than just their Audi years. It all just seems a bit too trivial to me, and is not something that really helps anyone navigate anywhere. The entire idea of a timeline to me seems a bit odd, and it is not something I have seen used in any other form of motorsport on Wikipedia. The359 (Talk) 21:10, 20 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

I could see a timeline possibly being useful on the specific articles about the teams, but at the same time your timeline is solely about Le Mans, when all of these teams have been involved in various championships over the years, and their driver line-ups may change from race to race. Although Le Mans is a big deal, I don't think a timeline of solely Le Mans drivers is necessary. The359 (Talk) 20:26, 21 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
