Durham Arts Council Building moved to draftspace

It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three, and currently has zero. Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to Johanna Beisteiner. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style.
