You;ve asked my opinion. I therefore must give you not my own view of what WP ought to do, but my estimate, based on many years of experience here about what is likely to work here, and what is not. I've read the preceding articles and the sources(in Google translation) . Fundamentally, my judgement remains what it was before: I think that it will be decided that neither he nor his company sufficiently important yo meet out notability standards. But if you wish to try an article, which should you try--the person or the firm. The only advantage of doing the article on the person is the added notability from being vice president of the Romanian branch of IIA. I don't think that's significant--it might be if it were president. The advantage of starting with the company is that the company already has an article in the Romanian WP. [1] We are likely to give a certain degree of tolerance to that situation, that we are unlikely to give to an individual who is not even covered by his nationalWP.

I cannot exactly predict what will happen. It will probably not be speedy deleted, but it probably will go for an afd discussion. What happens in such discussions is to some extent a matter of chance and participation. This will not be an obvious case, and either result is possible. If you want to go ahead, go ahead, but realize that an adverse decision will probably mean you will never be able to get an article on either. Good luck with it.
