Articles for deletion nomination of Omar Dyer
editI have nominated Omar Dyer, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Omar Dyer. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

I can't address the current problem due to the fact that the account is block. I can't change nothing or anything due to the fact that the account is block. What is the other alternative to correcting the problem, which may be deleting the account?
Blocking Editing of accounts

Request reason:
Dear: DragonFlySixtyseven,
We've recieved the following information that the Editing from Coaches101-News has been blocked (disabled) by DragonflySixtyseven for the following reason(s): "a Wikipedia account is to be used by only one person, and is not to be used to represent an organization as a whole. You are all welcome to create individual accounts."
Coaches! 101 A NJ Non-Profit is disputing those claims. One, the organization had used the ask chat before creating this account. And was told the opposite of why you're are blocking our account. We were told that in order for our article to be creditable, and have reliable sources – we would need to have strong independent sources. Now during that process, it would take TIME and Editing to finish the article. Our private organization has been submitting articles to Wikipedia and each and every article has been blocked, removed, deleted or our accounts have been disabled. We are getting all of these instructions to correct problems, while each and every arbitrator has a different set of rules. You can't say: these articles need to be about an individual, and saying that these articles must be done by an organization—then block the content, while going in reverse. We are asking for constancy and clarity. Because Wikipedia is an information source, it also helps provide as a mini-bio for independent productions. We would like to participate in Wikipedia's free encyclopedia. Yet we can't if we continuously find every content we place, gets blocked, removed or deleted. We understand there's a policy in place for articles – yet Wikipedia is also asking for donations to keep the free site working. It is our understanding that if we are going to invest in Wikipedia, then our content should be shown, not removed deleted or even blocked – when we are showing more than enough reliable evidence and sources that makes our work Wikipedia standards. In the guidelines, it states we must edit and use citations need to make the article follow the guidelines. Which is what we are trying to do, which is compiling the independent sources, and create an article that follows Wikipedia guidelines? And in order to do that, there has to be a long period of editing, and a long period of review to get the needed information about the article.
Heliumis the same article written by an organization, in which what we are writing. Other articles simular to our content include Axel Foley Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, and that's what we are trying to create with our article.
Decline reason:
Whatever your understanding, or mis-understanding is, a Wikipedia account is set up for, and must be used by, one person only. This is a Wikipedia policy, implemented by all administrators here, and is not an arbitrary ruling by any one person. As to the articles produced by you or any other editor, they stand or fall on their own merits, within appropriate Wikipedia policies. To be unblocked you will need to accept and to acknowledge these pointa.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 11:23, 25 March 2014 (UTC)

I understand the policy and would like to change the name of the page, or delete the account to express the individual rule. I want to change the name so that it doesn't reflect an organization at whole.
Decline reason:
procedural decline so that you can use {{unblock-un}} to propose a new username prior to being unblocked (Also, review the plain and simple gudie to our conflict of interest policy, and consider how compatible your editing plans may or may not be with it). Am I banned from using Wikipedia serves. This block only bans me from using the serves of Wiki, as a public encyclopedia but my question is, why should I make any pledges or donate to a service that will not allow me to provide content to this site. Even when I am following the rules that are regulated by this FREE encyclopedia that does nothing in the process of providing information. I know that I have articles that have been sent to the deletion pool, which is stupid on it's own. But I am wondering why, am I block after following the rules. It would be a waist of domain space, and lack of user interactions if everything I post is either deleted or removed, and I am being blocked in the process. As a note, their is no possible way, me as investor will invest or donate funds to a process that continues to delete and ban our product. We understand this is a public and free encyclopedia, but in order for these organizations to run and function -- businesses have to do business with other organizations. And we believe that this practice of blocking and banning our work, even when we are following the rules, doesn't warrant our business investment.
Decline reason:
You haven't addressed the reason for your block at all. Again, you are blocked because this is an account used by/representing an organization and not by a single individual. You need to address those concerns in an unblock statement. only (talk) 16:20, 8 March 2015 (UTC)

Hi. I'm not an admin, but I've had a read of this page and I hope I can help. Here's a few things:
Firstly, you cannot have a username that represents an organization, so if you wish to be unblocked you need to say what username you would like your account to be renamed to. Daniel Case told you that above and directed you to use the {{unblock-un}} request, so you'll need something like {{unblock-un | user=new username | reason=your reason here}}. As your most recent unblock request did not address this, it stood no chance of being accepted.
Concerning the acceptance or deletion of any articles you create, that will be decided on a case-by-case basis and will depend on whether the articles satisfy various Wikipedia policies for inclusion. This too was explained to you above, by Anthony Bradbury.
The fact that you apparently donate to the Wikimedia Foundation makes no difference to these principles in the slightest, and gets you no more rights to create articles than anyone else. Anything anyone creates must satisfy the same inclusion criteria, regardless of whether they donate nothing more than their time, or a million dollars. You really should not see giving money to the WMF as a "business investment" that you expect to get some sort of return from, because it's a donation plain and simple, and implying you might stop donating will not make any difference to your unblock chances.
I hope that helps. Squinge (talk) 16:26, 8 March 2015 (UTC)
