UTRS

Received your email but I'm really sorry I don't understand what you're asking. You're not blocked? Deepfriedokra any idea? Glen 13:53, 11 June 2020 (UTC)

I have my IP blocked because someone did sockpuppetry so I can't edit. beepboop 13:58, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
CircuitBoard1, right got it. Unfortunately I'm probably not the best person to ask about UTRS. Deepfriedokra is very active there and may be able to help. Sorry I can't offer more assistance. Glen 14:04, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
@Glen: When I try to search the UTRS database for "CircuitBoard1", I get "unauthorized". Whatever that means. The UTRS ticket number and the message (block notice) user receives when they try to edit might be helpful. --Deep fried okra (schalte ein) 14:12, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
Oh. Now they sent me an email. --Deep fried okra (schalte ein) 14:13, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
Deepfriedokra, haha sorry Glen 14:14, 11 June 2020 (UTC)

I don't see the UTRS tickets on the list and I cannot find them by searching. Maybe I spelled "circuit" wrong? beepboop 14:29, 11 June 2020 (UTC)

Wikipedia's technical logsindicate that this IP address or network has been used (not necessarily by you) to disrupt Wikipedia. It has been blocked from editing to prevent further abuse.
Wikipedia tries to be open, but we sometimes must block IP addresses to prevent editing by abusers, vandals, or block evaders. These blocks can affect users who have done nothing wrong. If you are a legitimate user, follow the instructions below to edit despite the block. Users who are the intended target of a range block may still appeal the block.

IP users (without an account): If you do not have an account and wish to bypass this block, an account can be created to allow you to edit. In general, these blocks only prevent users who are not logged in from editing; once you are logged in, the block will no longer affect you in any way. Please request an account under your preferred username. It is important that you use an e-mail address issued to you by your ISP, school, or organisation, so we may verify that you are a legitimate user. If using the form, please refer to this block under "comments". If e-mailing, please refer to this block in your message.

Registered users (with an account): Please make sure you are logged in to your account. If you are unable to edit while logged in you may request IP block exemption to bypass blocks unconnected with you that affect your editing. Post an unblock request to your user talk page.

This block has been set to expire: 13:17, 18 June 2020.

Even if blocked, you will usually still be able to edit your user talk pageand email other editors and administrators.

Blocked notice on UTRS

It has been detected that you or someone else is trying to spam our system with appeals. Please wait until your previous appeal is closed, or if it's already closed, please try again later.

If you are applying for an unblock of an IP address, this could mean that an appeal has already been submitted for your IP. In this case, please try again later or contact us to help clarify the issue.

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
