Your request

edit

Looked good, I made a couple changes, e.g. removing the signature, since it looked like other entries didn't have them. Let me know if you need any help in the future or anything. Peace, delldot | talk 04:16, 21 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

No problem, glad it helped you out. Just to let you know, folks don't usually remove stuff from talk pages, we keep it for historical reasons (unless it's obvious nonsense or something). I hope you get that article soon, though as you can see there's a pretty long list! Peace, delldot | talk 04:22, 21 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
No problem, just figured I'd let you know for future reference. Peace, delldot | talk 04:25, 21 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Requesting in multiple places

edit

I think you're supposed to just pick one, or it could confuse things. That's what's implied at the top of WP:RA, at any rate. Of course, the best bet for getting the article written is to do it yourself! I can offer help and advice on article writing if you like. Peace, delldot | talk 04:33, 21 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

article

edit

Well let me know if you do get started writing the article and I'll be glad to proofread or whatnot. Unfortunately, most pictures we find on the internet and stuff we can't use because they're copyrighted and wikipedia can only use things that are in the public domain or under the GFDL, meaning they can be used by whoever and distributed freely. So you'd have to get the owner of the copyright of the picture to allow the picture to be used by Wikipedia and whoever wants to get it off Wikipedia and use it for whatever purpose (e.g. mirrors). They've got a standard way of doing that if you want to know about it. Also, you could snap a picture of her yourself if you ever go to a speaking event of hers or something, and since it's your work you could release it under the GFDL and upload that.
