Speedy deletion nomination of 黎星晴

I've deleted your old page on grounds of notability (see message on your talk-page); have a look at WP:Yourfirstarticle to learn how to write a new article. Please keep also in mind that this is the English Wikipedia; articles im Mandarin/Cantonese will probably end up deleted.
