Speedy deletion nomination of File:Hercegovacko Neretvanski kanton - edit.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Hercegovacko Neretvanski kanton - edit.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that your page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. • Note, auto-created by Twinkle while deleting an image I uploaded, thus why it was me notifying myself. Keeping so I have a record of the request should I ever need it. Cat-fivetc ---- 22:00, 19 February 2013 (UTC)

FPC template

I replied to you at Wikipedia_talk:Featured_picture_candidates#Possible_routes regarding a single large template, which is hidden in a collapsed box called "Option 2 template". Feel free to glance over it. I created a new sub-section regarding the archival process. There seems to be no immediate reason to change to one large template, which would require being rewritten on the coding level (I cannot do this, I have a very basic understanding of it), but if you have any comments about it, feel free to leave them. If you aren't fussed about it either way, feel free to say so as well :D Thanks! – Kerαunoςcopiagalaxies 03:55, 31 May 2013 (UTC)

I took a look at it and suggested a new variation to the template. I have never actually worked on or closely looked at the code behind the nomination template so my idea might not be feasible but I strongly feel that making the process as clear and idiot-proof as possible, especially when consolidating, is well worth the time and effort. I saw you are going to be gone for the next couple of days and I think if we rush the process the consensus and the quality of whatever is agreed upon will suffer so please just look at it and comment at your convenience, even if it isn't until you get back. Even if I start tinkering before then (and if I do I'll make sure to leave a note on the FPC talk page to my sandbox) It's doubtful that anything will come of it for quite some time. Thanks for your responses! Someone went ahead and did a bold delist-in-the-candidates maneuver and it's the easiest way to proceed. With the lack of lively discussion, I get the feeling most people don't want this to be complicated. So a single template will probably just be a nuisance. – Kerαunoςcopiagalaxies 16:46, 4 June 2013 (UTC)

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Queen Elizabeth's corgis may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
