This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject.

Editor: I think this has a lot of promise as an article, but I have some concerns. Firstly, I have tidied up the layout to match our MOS:LAYOUT.

Vast swathes are unsourced- we need in-line citations (see WP:INCITE for statements. If you're taking multiple statements from a single source, you can repeat citations and just add in page numbers. If you need help with referencing, check out WP:INTREFVE.

I also have some issues with the language. It's mostly okay but there are some phrases which don't quite meet the Wikipedia WP:NPOV neutrality of voice. You have some particular phrasing which is a bit informal, colloquial.

Otherwise: good start, let me know when you've fixed these issues.

Thanks for tightening up the language, a lot better! Still got some concerns with in-line citations. I've added some citation needed tags where I think you could add some. Again, if you're paraphrasing a lot from a single source it might be helpful to add in duplicate in-line citations, with differing page numbers if needed.

My final comment is, your Sources section has two blocks of text: an auto-generated reference list and a bunch of plain-text sources above. Ideally the plain-text ones should be added via the WP:INTREFVE process which will automatically generate a reference list?

Editor: looks like you've resubmitted without addressing my points in my decline comment on 01 September? Again: Still got some concerns with in-line citations. I thought I put in all the new citations you suggested this morning by editing each section after clicking on the above item Draft:Albert L. Altman (note in purple front). Did these not save? Also, I just eliminated the first paragraph below sources, since I don't think that list was necessary given the automatically generated numbered sources in the entry that includes all those in the paragraph and more.
