Speedy deletion nomination of User:CDIC-CIDE

edit

A tag has been placed on your user page, User:CDIC-CIDE, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be advertising which only promotes or publicises someone or something. Promotional editing of any kind is not permitted, whether it be promotion of a person, company, product, group, service, belief, or anything else. This is a violation of our policies regarding acceptable use of user pages — user pages are intended for active editors of Wikipedia to communicate with one another as part of the process of creating encyclopedic content, and should not be mistaken for free webhosting resources or advertising space. Please read the guidelines on spam, the guidelines on user pages, and, especially, our FAQ for Organizations.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. creffett (talk) 02:14, 28 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Your account has been blocked from editing Wikipedia with this username. This is because your username, CDIC-CIDE, does not meet our username policy.
Your username is the only reason for this block. You are welcome to choose a new username (see below) and continue editing.
A username should not be promotional, related to a "real-world" group or organization, misleading, offensive or disruptive. Also, usernames may not end in the word "bot" unless the account is an approved bot account.
You are encouraged to choose a new account name that meets our policy guidelines and create the account yourself. Alternatively, if you have already made edits and you wish to keep your existing contributions under a new name, then you may request a change in username by:
  1. Adding {{unblock-un|your new username here}} below. You should be able to do this even though you are blocked, as you can usually still edit your own talk page. If not, you may wish to contact the blocking administrator by clicking on "Email this user" on their talk page.
  2. At an administrator's discretion, you may be unblocked for 24 hours to file a request.
  3. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names. The account is created upon acceptance, thus do not try to create the new account before making the request for a name change. For more information, please see Wikipedia:Changing username.
If you think that you were blocked in error, you may appeal this block by adding {{unblock|Your reason here}} below this notice, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Now have read the reason why and have better understanding of user required user name formats. Want to change user name to : "Charity volunteer" intent is to contribute to content relating to children's rights and expression. Also made CC BY-SA image specifically for Wiki

Decline reason:

I'd prefer to rename to a username that was more individualistic, even if it was just to add something to "charity volunteer". Please follow the instructions above to suggest a new choice, using the format as described. I would note that if your intention is to further edit about your organization, you must review conflict of interest and paid editing(even if not paid cash money). 331dot (talk) 15:01, 8 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

IF YOUR PREFERENCES HERE IS OF SUCH IMPORTANCE, PLEASE TELL ME THE MOST INDIVIDUALISTIC USER NAME YOU CAN COME UP WITH AND THAT IS THE ONE I WILL USE. YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID I HAD TO PLEASE YOU, I WOULD HAVE ASKED YOU TO PROVIDE ME A USERNAME ALREADY. OTHERWISE, HAVE A NICE DAY - MEMYSELFANDI

My preference isn't the only one here, nor do you need to "please" me. I simply reviewed your request. You are free to make another request that will be reviewed by someone else, or to just create a new account with your preferred username. Also note that using all capital letters it s considered yelling. Thank you. 331dot (talk) 17:18, 9 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
