Firstly if you have been requested to write the article by Haim Tukachinsky then there is a definite conflict of interest. Conflicts of interest are strongly discouraged as your ability to remain neutral when editing the article is called into question. Secondly the referencing requirements of the English Wikipedia are more stricter than the Hebrew Wikipedia, particularly any information contained within the article should be backed up with an inline citation to an independent secondary sources not by merely providing a series of external links and assuming that someone else will search through them to be able to verify the factual or non-factual information. Thirdly I would strongly suggest that you familiarize yourself with the requirements under WP:ANYBIO and WP:NMUSICIAN, if you can find sufficient independent secondary sources that satisfy the criteria under either of them and include them as inline citations then it is likely that the draft might be considered acceptable. Finally it is not necessary to include a list of all the works that he has produced - only those which are notable (i.e. that you can reference as being significant).
