Wikipedia articles to be edited include Berkeley Software Distribution, BSD licenses and Design Science License. For Berkeley Software Distribution, the early history (PDP-11 beginnings) will be expanded with primary source material from UC Archives at the Northern Regional Library Facility. The archives contain ten cartons of information on the software and its development from 1974 to 2005, including technical manuals, drafts, and notes pertaining to the BSD operating system. A limited number of published written materials, as well as magnetic data tapes and CD-ROMs, are also included. For BSD licenses, some of this same source material may be used to add missing citations to the article. The Design Science License Article is a stub that may be expanded if sufficient source material is found.

I have not corresponded with the Wikipedia Campus Ambassadors (yet), but I did go to Max’s office hours to talk about citing source material from the archives.

If there's not a template for it, you can just write something inside the ref tags describing the source. It should be enough to allow anyone with access to the library to re-locate it.

Grade edit

Check plus (as opposed to an inferior grade). Using the archives for a ton of primary source material is a fantastic idea in this circumstance. Talking with max is a great first step, but I really do encourage talking to an online or campus ambassador about ways to not only cite the material but insert it into the existing article in an effective, organized fashion.
