editHi, I just wanted to let you know that another person has nominated this article for Good Article status, Jsraynault. To reach GA status the article has to be reviewed by an experienced editor - what this means for you, is that you will definitely want to look on the article's talk page and keep an eye out for any suggestions that may be made on what needs to be improved with the page.
Now one thing I do have to caution you about - since the article is pretty extensive already, it will be harder to expand and improve the article. This doesn't mean that it's impossible or that you shouldn't work on this article, just that it will be harder than if you were to edit say, the article on Disney comics, Lucasfilm, or Roy O. Disney. For that matter, the article on Goofy himself actually needs work as well - particularly the section on how the character was used and portrayed during World War II. Did you know that he was drafted into the war efforts and became the mascot emblem of the 602nd Bombardment Squadron and the 756 Bombardment Squadron U.S. Air Corps? Any of these articles could also be worked on as well.
I don't want to make you think that I'm telling you not to edit - I just wanted to give you a head's up that this article may be fairly difficult to edit, more so than other articles that are Disney related. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 02:03, 2 December 2018 (UTC)
