I may not be a blocking administrator, or even an administrator or even a well qualified editor, but I'm telling You frankly, there is almost no chance that will be accepted. You need a little more in your opinion, you must own you mistake and explain why it won't happen again which you did. But you also have to expalin how you are going to edit in the future, which you didn't do. I say you should rewrite it and send it and before putting it here, proofread it.
