Hi Brad - I am signed up as the first reviewer on your article, sorry for taking a while to get around to it. I will be making some changes to it, and figured I would send you a couple other pieces of feedback about it:
- The article could badly use additional reliable secondary sources. Right now it's written almost everything in it is cited to primary sources, which is less than ideal.
- I would remove the paragraph that starts 'for example' under the 'injunctive relief' subheading and replace it with something sourced to a secondary source.
- Since we're aiming for an encyclopedia article aimed at the general public and not a paper aimed at people who are already completely familiar with law, the level of jargon should probably be toned down, and more stuff explaining it's historical background and what it is included.
