You may be interested to know that someone has proposed the above article, which you created, for deletion. If you want to take part in the debate, you only have a few days in which to do it. Lincolnite 13:57, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
- I have removed the tag, since in my judgement he is clearly notable. But it will probably be put up for deletion again. Move fast.DGG 03:16, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
License tagging for Image:Mutant town.jpg
editThanks for uploading Image:Mutant town.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 02:23, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
CLP
editThe CLP was not founded in 1910. Timeshift (talk) 01:19, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
There are expand tags on Protectionist Party, Free Trade Party, and Commonwealth Liberal Party. We have such little information on the early non-Labor parties, if you have any additional information such as what you've laid out to me on my talk page and have WP:RS to back it up then I encourage your participation in clearing it up on all pages concerned, not to mention Deakin, Cook, and Fraser. Timeshift (talk) 02:05, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
- Yes it was a lot more fluid back then but to say as a blanket that non-Labor MPs were Deakinites or Reidists is a bit of an overgeneralisation. Timeshift (talk) 02:18, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
Replaceable fair use Image:Andrewmcdonald.jpg
editThanks for uploading Image:Andrewmcdonald.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the media description page and edit it to add
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Peripitus (Talk) 06:44, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
NPWA figures 27-39
editHi :) Just curious to know where you got the figures from - I'm assuming Hughes/Graham or Black/Prescott? (Not a challenge at all - saves me work in filling the table if it's been done right :)) Orderinchaos 20:34, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
- Ah cool (yeah that works too). Thanks for that. Orderinchaos 21:16, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect America's Worst Governor. Since you had some involvement with the America's Worst Governor redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). TransUtopian (talk) 14:30, 8 April 2009 (UTC)
I have nominated Liberal Party of Australia leadership election, 2009, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Liberal Party of Australia leadership election, 2009. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Digestible (talk) 03:08, 25 November 2009 (UTC)

editHi. In your recent article edits, you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. editEdit summaries
editHi, just wanted to remind you to leave an edit summary when saving any changes you've made to a page so other editors will know what you've done. You updated the BTS list of awards+noms article earlier but left no note, and your editing history shows that you generally do not do use edit summaries. It would be a very good habit to start practicing. Have a nice day! -- Carlobunnie (talk) 15:26, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
