Image source and copyright licensing problem with File:Bhubaneswar City.tiff

Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Bhubaneswar City.tiff.

This image is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such images would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a screenshot of a computer game or movie. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original image must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work.

While the description page states who made this derivative work, it currently doesn't specify who created the original work, so the overall copyright status is unclear. If you did not create the original work contained within this image, you will need to specify

1. the creator of the original work
2. the copyright status of the original work, usually indicated by adding a licensing tag. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other derivative works, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Why images are being deleted

I saw your note that you are disappointed that so many images you have taken are being deleted. That is because we are seeing the exact same image on sites subject to copyright. You may well have taken them, but if they have been given to the organization, and they are using them, we assume, without other evidence, that they own the copyright. We either need permission for the organization, or the organization needs to add a free license to the site.

So what should I do? Should I produce a letter from the organisation saying its fine to use their images? Or how does this work? And can the speedy deletion tag from the page be removed as I have updated more information and credible sources?

Also, on the merged picture I created 'Bhubaneswar City.tiff', how do I add the individual sources? I'm fine with doing it.
