Speedy deletion nomination of SHAIKUPT

A tag has been placed on SHAIKUPT requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. - write a biography of him - what we have so far is just a CV
- provide evidence of notability
- repost the article at Shaiwatna Kupratakuln (a redirect at Shaikupt would probably be allowed).

Nobody is going to delete an entire article with a history going back several years without even having a discussion about it just because you say "wrong information." Speedy deletions are only done is certain carefully defined circumstances, as detailed in the criteria for speedy deletion. If, as you seem to imply, the entire article is false that is in fact a problem, but you have not given even a hint of a reason as to why you believe this to be the case. This is the sort of matter that would require a discussion. There are several options open to you:
- Open a discussion at Talk:Italthai Industrial Group regarding what you believe to be false in the article.
- Fix the problems with the article yourself, being sure to use reliable sources that support your changes.
- Open a deletion discussion and give actual details as to why you believe the article to be inappropriate for Wikipedia.
Any of those options is acceptable. Repeatedly nominating if for speedy deletion without using a valid criterion is not. Beeblebrox (talk) 18:28, 29 September 2013 (UTC)
