Poetics

edit

Hi Barce,

I just left some talk on the poetics page you started--I want to know if there are objections to my renaming the page "Aristotle's Poetics" or variant. I want to start a "poetics" entry and it seems to me that "Aristotle's Poetics" / "Poetics" is a more sensible arrangement than "Poetics" / "Poetics (branch of knowledge)." A compromise might be "Poetics (Aristotle) / Poetics (Theory)," but I don't think this is quite right, since the Poetics is the founding subset of poetics. What do you think? Hi again,

I redirected your poetics link on your user page so that it points to the article you started. I hope this is all right--I felt a little funny changing your user page, but I felt funnier leaving the link there when it redirected to the wrong article. See Talk:Poetics (Aristotle)

Best,

Cyrus

Proposed deletion of Technoromanticism (disambiguation)

edit

The article Technoromanticism (disambiguation) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

disambiguation page not needed - hatnote on Technoromanticism does the job

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. PamD (talk) 07:47, 17 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Vikings

edit

Hi there.

About your recent edit here on the page Vikings. You can read more about Danevirke and the year of 1864 on the page about this defence structure. The article wiki-links to this topic. Anyway a good source in English would be great, and I could not even find that on the Danevirke page or the Evacuation of Dannevirke in 1864 even. That is pretty bad. I hope I can dig something up in the near future and you are welcome too :-) RhinoMind (talk) 22:51, 28 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
