Please carefully read this information:

The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding the Arab–Israeli conflict, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.

Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.

This message is informational only and does not imply misconduct regarding your contributions to date.

Warning regarding your edits to Israel Lobby

edit

If you check the talk page you should have seen this. WARNING: ACTIVE ARBITRATION REMEDIES The article The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy, along with other articles relating to the Arab–Israeli conflict, is currently subject to active arbitration remedies, as laid out during a 2008 Arbitration case, and supplemented by community consensus in November 2010. The current restrictions are:

All articles related to the Arab–Israeli conflict, broadly construed, are under WP:1RR (one revert per editor per article per 24 hour period). When in doubt, assume it is related. Clear vandalism of whatever origin may be reverted without restriction. Reverts of edits made by anonymous IP editors that are not vandalism are exempt from 1RR but are subject to the usual rules on edit warring. Editors who otherwise violate this 1RR restriction may be blocked without warning by any uninvolved administrator, even on a first offence. After being warned, discretionary sanctions can be used against any editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. Discretionary sanctions can include blocks for up to one year, topic-bans or further revert-restrictions. Reports of editors violating any of these restrictions should be made to either the Arbitration enforcement noticeboard. Violations of 1RR should be made to the edit warring noticeboards. If you are a new editor, or an editor unfamiliar with the situation, please follow the above guidelines. You may also wish to review the arbitration case page. If you are unsure if your edit is appropriate, discuss it here on this talk page first. When in doubt, don't revert!

You are the only one editing against the talk page--Inayity (talk) 07:38, 2 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Exactly. I warn the same to you: This is your first revert since you removed content that was already there. This is your second revert after three minutes. This is your third revert within the same day.--Baatarsaikan (talk) 07:47, 2 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
Israeli Declaration of Independence
In your edit of 04:47, 6 January 2015, You reinstated the wikisource link which I had removed from "External links" in my earlier edit of 00:00, 6 January 2015. Therefore,I find it difficult to understand how you can say in your edit of 08:40, 6 January 2015," "External links". Wikisource is already in the article! I didn't notice until now."
There is no consensus on the removal of the wikisource link at the beginning of the article (the best place for it). I am inclined to move the wikisource link from "External links" to the top of the article, but that may be considered two reverts in less than 24 hours. I shall wait until after 00:00, 7 January (unless in the meantime you feel inclined to do so.) Trahelliven (talk) 10:48, 6 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. –Roscelese (talkcontribs) 14:40, 2 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please respect 1RR and 3RR

edit

Earlier today, you violated 1RR and 3RR on different pages. Please do not do so in the future unless you wish to be blocked. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 17:47, 2 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please self-revert your latest edit or I will report you for edit-warring and you will be blocked. — MShabazz Talk/Stalk 00:22, 3 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

WP:ARBPIA block

edit

To enforce an arbitration decision, and for violating WP:3RR on the page The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy, you have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours. You are welcome to edit once the block expires; however, please note that the repetition of similar behavior may result in a longer block. If you believe this block is unjustified, please read the guide to appealing arbitration enforcement blocks and then appeal your block using the instructions there. Bbb23 (talk) 02:08, 3 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Reminder to administrators: In March 2010, ArbCom adopted a procedure instructing administrators as follows: "No administrator may modify a sanction placed by another administrator without: (1) the explicit prior affirmative consent of the enforcing administrator; or (2) prior affirmative agreement for the modification at (a) AE or (b) AN or (c) ARCA (see "Important notes" [in the procedure]). Administrators modifying sanctions out of process may at the discretion of the committee be desysopped." Administrators who reverse this block without the clear authorisation described in that procedure will be summarily desysopped.

So soon after your recent block, and you've already violated 1RR at Sabra and Shatila massacre. Please self-revert or I will report you. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 17:51, 6 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
