June 2011

I tried to move a draft to live status and was prevented from moving. Advice needed and appreciated.

You need to be autoconfirmed to move a page - that's 10 edits and the account is greater than 4 days old. Now you have edited here, that might be enough. I think it might look a little thin for a new article - I'll let others comment. You should capitalise your name correctly like Philosophy, Inc. - that's why your Coty link is in red - the "i" in Inc needs to be in capitals - the page is at Coty, Inc., not Coty, inc. - only the first letter of a page name is automatically capitalised, the rest are up to the author.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 23:01, 27 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

I closed your help request as it looks like you have already been helped, if you still need anything, don't hesitate to re-open it or open a new one. Monty845 23:42, 27 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Philosophy, inc.

edit

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

A tag has been placed on Philosophy, inc. requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject of the article is important or significant: that is, why an article about it should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you can assert the notability of the subject,  . Clicking that button will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the article's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. You may freely add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

See the guidelines for specific types of articles: biographies, websites, bands, or companies.   ArcAngel   (talk) ) 02:22, 29 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
