Redlink, ade! edit

I just didn't like seeing red links to your secondary talk page, Thryduulf. Have a nice day! ProhibitOnions 21:38, 2 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Why, thank you :) Thryduulf 23:17, 2 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Testing email delivery subject line edit

This is just a test to see what the subject line of an email notification of a new talk page message for this account is. Thryduulf (talk) 09:44, 20 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 185.104.136.49. I am currently using the wifi onboard an LNER train.. Awkward42 (talk) [the alternate account of Thryduulf (talk)] 14:20, 28 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Accept reason:

Public WiFi onboard trains is often blocked as it (or the users individually) uses proxies for security or other purposes. I will give you a short term exemption so you can resume editing. If you frequently edit from trains you should request a longer term exemption per WP:IPECPROXY. 331dot (talk) 15:36, 28 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Infobox comment edit

Awkward, Thryduulf, I hope you don't mind, but I moved your comment on the Colleen Ballinger to run with the chronological order. (I tried pinging in the edit summary, but it failed). Obviously if you have a problem with the move, please feel free to revert. Cheers - SchroCat (talk) 15:41, 29 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

@SchroCat that's fine, it's not easy to tell in the app how to leave an appropriately placed comment Awkward42 (talk) [the alternate account of Thryduulf (talk)] 15:44, 29 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

WPLT and importance edit

Hi, re this and similar edits: by adding {{WikiProject London Transport}} without an importance param, it's put the page in Category:Unknown-importance London Transport articles, but it was already in Category:Low-importance London Transport articles by virtue of the {{WikiProject Trains}} having |Underground=yes and |LUL-importance=low. Some other edits also caused conflicting importance ratings. I've fixed them all up. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 13:30, 17 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Redrose64 I added the banner as they weren't appearing in the article alerts list for WPLT. Awkward42 (talk) [the alternate account of Thryduulf (talk)] 13:57, 17 February 2024 (UTC) Awkward42 (talk) [the alternate account of Thryduulf (talk)] 13:57, 17 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
We'll see tomorrow if this sorts it. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 21:33, 17 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
Fingers crossed. Incidentally the link in your last comment doesn't open in the Wikipedia Android app. Thryduulf (talk) 00:42, 18 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
How about this? If so, see Special:Diff/1208627449. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 09:17, 18 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
That seems to have resolved the issue I was trying to fix. The links in your latest message are also unable to be opened in the Android app, but rather than being blue but unclickable it now brings up a message saying "this page does not exist". This is obviously a bug in the app so I'll figure out where to report it. Thryduulf (talk) 11:08, 18 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
