List of The Killing episodes

edit

Hello, I was wondering if you provide where you found the information for the episode titles, writers and directors for the article? Because upcoming episodes (especially ones that are more than two months away) need references for that. I tried looking myself but couldn't find anything. Thank you. —Drovethrughosts (talk) 14:17, 4 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

List of Mad Men episodes

edit

Look, obviously we're in disagreement here so maybe we can come to some kind of compromise. I'm going to assume good faith and think that you're only trying to help the page, but c'mon, man. Season six is probably two years away. It's pointless having the information taking up space by just sitting there, being irrelevant, for that whole time. On top of that, season seven was NOT officially announced, it is merely probable that Weiner's three-year contract will include that. As for the formatting, it is simply standard practice, it's the way series overviews are formatted on a regular basis whether you think it looks good or not. Having the 13 episodes in one column, rather than listed for individual season rows, implies that the series only has thirteen episodes ALL TOGETHER, not per season. I've had that problem with in the past and that's why it's been removed on so many other pages. Like I said, I'm assuming that you're not trying to be irritating, just trying to help. But if you ignore this message and continue to revert the Mad Men episodes page without discussing the issue I'll get an admin to protect the page and possibly have you blocked from editing. There's no reason why it should come to that, so let's talk about it and come to a compromise. SchrutedIt08 (talk) 08:59, 2 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Breaking Bad (season 4). Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. You added two unsourced titles, then cited them with an existing source from the page that did not contain that information. A new title for one of those dates was added to that source only hours later, and was not at all the same as the "information" you provided. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. KnownAlias X 18:20, 29 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Mad Men episodes to consider creating

edit

I have been spending a lot of time lately creating and modifying templates for critically acclaimed episode articles. You have already created "The Suitcase". It has come to my attention that one of the most critically acclaimed episodes in television history is the Mad Men episode entitled "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes (Mad Men) that needs to be created. It appears on {{DirectorsGuildofAmericaOutstandingDirectingDramaSeries 1990–2009}} and {{EmmyAward DramaWriting 2001–2025}}. You may also note several other critically acclaimed Mad Men episodes at Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series, Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series, Writers Guild of America Award for Best Screenplay – Episodic Drama and Directors Guild of America Award for Outstanding Directing – Drama Series that were either nominees or winners. You may want to consider creating some of those as well.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 00:09, 21 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Zou Bisou Bisou image

edit

You are extremely active at List of Mad Men episodes and related topics. I am having some trouble at "Zou Bisou Bisou" with File:Jessica Paré in a miniskirt performing Zou Bisou Bisou.jpg. There is discussion at Talk:Zou_Bisou_Bisou#Non-free_image regarding its removal. I would appreciate it if you would comment.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 03:46, 21 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
