Most of the journals on wikipedia have an index and I tried to create an article page for this journal.  At first, it was rejected due to lack of resources, but now we have upgraded it.  Please check the draft one more time and let us know if there is any error so that we can fix it and create a new article on Wikipedia. Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by NoobThreePointOh was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Written in a promotional style AND not enough coverage to demonstrate that it is even notable.
