Sources in biographies

edit

When adding personal details, such as a date of birth, please cite your source. This is important in a biography of a living person. I'm not sure where you found the date in this edit and have removed it. Please keep in mind that the sourcing requirements in biographies are more stringent than in normal articles. This is because what we write in these articles can affect real people. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 08:21, 28 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Allsides.com as a source

edit

Hi Archmaid. I noticed that you used allsides.com as a source in The Daily Beast. My reading of the discussions at WP:RSN is that it does not meet reliable sourcing criteria. I've gone ahead and removed it. If you disagree, let's discuss it. You may want to check WP:RSP and WP:RSN to help determine if a source is reliable. Thanks.--Hipal/Ronz (talk) 02:42, 12 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
