I am not blocked for any book promotion, i respect wikipedia's poliies and understood that fact. Now, the reason that I am blocked is again for spam or boot reasons. Again, I am not a spam or boot. Request reason:
My article will be based on wikipedia research engine and encyclopedia. My article will be verifiable through citing reliable sources in a neutral point of view. One argument=one verifiable example (encyclopedia, wikipedia research engine). Let me remind you all one of the pillar of wikipedia that is wikipedia’s editors should treat each other with respect and civility not personal attack. Second, I have written in the past my first article as a novice I have learnt that wikipedia is not a promotional page. I understood that fact and shall never commit again that mistake. Now, I am fully aware to write an article based on reliable sources and verifiable through wikipedia research engine or encyclopedia. Thank you all.

Until we have a very clear, unambiguous statement from you that you will not write about yourself or your works on Wikipedia again, you will not be unblocked.
