Correcting mistakes edit

Hi there! I've just undone your edit at Talk:The End of Time. It's not generally acceptable to change other people's comments on talk pages. I realise that you only changed spelling to make it more readable, but essentially, those comments aren't yours to change. It's encouraged to change other people's mistakes on articles, not on talk pages. Thanks :o) GedUK  16:10, 15 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

ok sorry Andy5421 (talk) 12:51, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

That's OK, it's only because you were trying to be helpful, which is clearly a good thing! GedUK  13:58, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

AFD Nominations edit

If you nominate another article for deletion in the future please read WP:AFDHOWTO carefully. For Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Silentlambs Step II was not followed properly and Step III was not done at all. I have completed the steps for you but had I not, the AFD outcome would have been invalid. --NeilN talk to me 18:42, 6 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for fixing it. Andy5421 (talk) 15:36, 7 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Update on main JW page edit

Don't know if you are still editing, but I've been working on the main Jehovah's Witness page. If there are any comments for the talk section on possible edits and ideas, it is appreciated by all involved. Thanks. I've been off for a while, but just now started editing again with a little better spirit than previously. 173.3.43.103 (talk) 01:56, 20 May 2010 (UTC)NaturalReply

"A little better spirit?" It seems to be a return to the same old strategy of labelling every non-Witness source as a vile apostate. BlackCab (talk) 12:00, 21 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Not everyone who is a non-witness is an apostate. It depends on their attitudes and heart condition. Andy5421 (talk) 22:47, 24 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Like you have any room to talk BlackCab..... Andy5421 (talk) 22:54, 24 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

I don't remember editing the main JW page but I usually leave that to LTSally

Orphaned non-free image File:Biodamper.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Biodamper.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you.

This also applies to:

These were all orphaned due to having been removed from List of Doctor Who items per policy WP:NFCC on minimal use, as explained at WP:NFLISTS. Please do not restore these images to that list. If you have questions, ask. Thank you, --Hammersoft (talk) 14:28, 10 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Traces of Death III edit

The article Traces of Death III has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Quite unclear, probably a non notable film.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Back off I'm just starting on it. Andy5421 (talk) 18:03, 25 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Nomination of Traces of Death III for deletion edit

The article Traces of Death III is being discussed concerning whether it is suitable for inclusion as an article according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Traces of Death III until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. OSborn arfcontribs. 18:26, 25 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Instead of nominating it for deletion contribute to and make it better. Whatever. Last time I try to create an article if this shit is gonna happen within the first few minutes of its creation. Andy5421 (talk) 18:37, 25 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

You might want to start it in your userspace before adding it to the main article space. Generally nobody will request deletion for those. You can request someone move it into your userspace (unsure if I can myself) which will make the AfD irrelevant. OSborn arfcontribs. 18:40, 25 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

How do I do that? (user space)? Andy5421 (talk) 18:51, 25 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

To start a new article, go to User:Andy5421/NewPageNameHere and edit the page. In this case, the I think the easiest option is to request an admin userify the article for you on the AfD page. (So the admin moves the page and closes the AfD and everything.) OSborn arfcontribs. 19:02, 25 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Userfied Traces of Death III edit

Hi, I am not an administrator, but I userfied the subject article per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Traces of Death III. It may now be found at User:Andy5421/Traces of Death III. Please make a note of Wikipedia's content policies, especially notability and verifiability before trying to move this back into the article space. —KuyaBriBriTalk 20:41, 25 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
