Yale founders

Hi,Aloneinthewild, You're putting people in the category "Yale founders" who don't belong there. The complete list of Yale's founders is in the Yale article. - Nunh-huh 00:50, 21 July 2014 (UTC)

Ok, thank you for correcting me. I was trying to find their appropriate subcat but I guess they don't have one yet. Aloneinthewild (talk) 19:21, 21 July 2014 (UTC)
I don't do much categorization, but I suppose "People associated with Yale University" won't cut it :) - Nunh-huh 02:37, 22 July 2014 (UTC)

Wadham College Oxford entry is being sabotaged

Dear Aloneinthewild, Sorry to bug you with this: the "Wadham College, Oxford" wikipedia page is being sabotaged by a user (131.111.185.25, who may be the same as 131.111.194.10, I'm not sure). The user has changed that wiki entry back to how it was before the major revision I had made in December 2013. I'm a total newbie to Wikipedia, but I put a lot of effort in trying to improve the horrible page that has now been put back by that user. Is there anything one can do? Lots of other wikipedia users had since improved the changes I had made (e.g. more neutral language, etc.), so I don't think the version we had on June 24 was lacking neutrality. The revisions of 25 June 2014 by‎ 131.111.185.25 and on 28 June 2014 by‎ 131.111.194.10 are reverting the entry back to how it was before December 2013. I saw you tried to stop this reversion (18:19 25 June 2014‎ Aloneinthewild). Is there anything one can do? That user is doing a great disservice to the Wikipedia community who has worked hard to improve that page. Thanks for any help you may have time for! Rp31 (talk) 22:21, 29 July 2014 (UTC)

Hi there, thanks for pointing this out to me. It had slipped past me the second time it happened. As you could see I didn't really agree with the IP changes either. Odd also that the IP address comes from a range used by the University of Cambridge. I've reverted for a second time now, with a couple of minor changes. I really appreciate how much improved the page had become, I think with some more history we could be near to reaching Good Article status. Well done on the improvements again. Aloneinthewild (talk) 22:57, 29 July 2014 (UTC)
Dear Aloneinthewild, thank you so much for this! I will try soon to make some more improvements to the citations and history. Another user (Pointillist) mentioned on the entry's Talk page some good sources that I'll check out.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited University of Stuttgart, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Thomas Weber. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
