Contested deletion

This page should not be speedily deleted because I am currently working on the page and its citations. I would like to create Alejandro Mirabal's page as I have been deeply and thoroughly researching him as a maritime archaeologist. He is a very relevant figure in his industry and I would like to be able to create the page. I am working on the citations and I am doing that gradually since (from my understanding) the page is still up for approval. All information will be properly cited, please I kindly ask you not to delete the work AGAIN unfairly OR with an option on how I can solve the issue. The community guidelines are not clear enough to me and I fail to understand what I am doing wrong in order to avoid it. PLEASE this is the first time I work as a contributor to Wikipedia and the experience has been really demotivating.
