Harper Lee

edit

Hi Ahbeall, and thanks for stopping by my talkpage. I looked at your edit on the Harper Lee page and you did a good job. Keep it up! There are plenty of women writer biographies which need expansion/improvement and your efforts in this regard are much appreciated!!!!!!!!!! WikiProject Women Writers' newest articles are here: Wikipedia:WikiProject Women writers/Articles created. Most of them are either "stubs" or "start" class, so fresh fodder for expansion/improvement, but Category:Women writers and its many subcategories give you lots of other options. Regarding editing... go slow as you did with the edit on Harper Lee... add a sentence or two along with a reference, preview your addition, click Save. Repeat. I'd be glad to help you along in any way that I can; just stop by my talkpage when it's convenient for you. Also, I just left you some info about the Teahouse, which is staffed by friendly, helpful hosts 24/7 in case you need immediate assistance and I'm not available. Best, --Rosiestep (talk) 02:54, 4 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Presentation proposal for Wikimania 2015

edit
How to pick up more women...
Hello to the members of WikiProject Women writers! Victuallers and I have developed a proposal for a talk to be presented at Wikimania 2015. It's titled, How to pick up more women -- as in more women editors and more women's biographies. The proposal review process has begun and there's no guarantee that this proposal will be accepted. That's where you come in. Please review our proposal and give us feedback. Ultimately, we hope you add your name to the signup at the bottom of the proposal which signifies you're interested in the talk (it does not signify you'll be attending the event). Thank you!
