Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your image was inserted successfully on the page Sipah-e-Sahaba, but because it appeared to be irrelevant to the article or violated the image use policy, it has been reverted or removed. Please use your sandbox for any tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thank you.   Please do not add inappropriate images to Wikipedia, as you did to National Party (Pakistan); it is considered vandalism. Please see the image use policy for appropriate use of images in Wikipedia. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Thank you. Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 21:15, 22 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please stop. If you continue to add inappropriate images, as you did at Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, you may be blocked from editing. Unencyclopedic images may be added to the bad image list to prevent them from being displayed. Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 21:18, 22 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add an inappropriate image, as you did at Balochistan Awami Party. Unencyclopedic images may be added to the bad image list to prevent their display if used persistently for vandalism. Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 21:18, 22 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

This is your only warning; if you add an inappropriate image to Wikipedia again, as you did at Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Unencyclopedic images may be added to the bad image list to prevent their display if used persistently for vandalism. Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 21:19, 22 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

what the hell is your problem? I haven't claimed the flags as my own property and they are under creative commons. all flags i have uploaded are made from scratch based on the original subject designs. I am making constructive edits to pages and you are continuously stalking my contributions and now threatening me. get a life. AgentDuck11 (talk) 21:27, 22 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

User:Vif12vf repeatedly reverting my contributions

edit

User:Vif12vf has been constantly reverting my contributions to pages pertaining to pakistani political parties. I have made constructive updates to the articles and he immediately proceeds to inexplicably revert them, and now he is threatening me and accusing me of vandalism.

Anyone can go through the edits, I havent vandalized anything and was making completely constructive edits AgentDuck11 (talk) 21:44, 22 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Note: I made the Admin help link into an actual request, since I am assuming that was the intent. No comment on if an admin is actually needed in this case. RudolfRed (talk) 23:42, 22 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
  • AgentDuck11, it looks like you are having a dispute about flags, and rather than resolve that dispute in an appropriate manner, i.e., dispute resolution, you are edit-warring with Vif12vf. The first thing you need to do is stop edit-warring, or you'll find yourself blocked. You also need to lose the attitude - your comment "get a life" is not constructive. Then you can engage in resolving the dispute. @V1if12vf, you too are edit-warring and other than your assumption that the flags are copyright violations, you are not exempt from being blocked. If you believe they are copyright violations, then report them properly at Commons. Self-made images are not normally considered copyright violations.--Bbb23 (talk) 00:02, 23 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
I apologize for the comments, my anger was a product of User:Vif12vf constantly reverting my edits multiple times before choosing to finally explain, frankly, irrational reasons that the flags are lower quality (false) and that they are copyright violations when I have designed all of them myself in an editing software and uploaded them to the public domain under creative commons.
User:Vif12vf, however, continuously policed my actions and before explaining to me any reason for reversion, proceeded to initiate an edit war. This user also appears to have a previous history of seemingly harassing other users' good faith edits. Then he proceeded to warn me through threats of vandalism. Anyone may go through my edits and see that they are good faith contributions, and all I have done is update some lower quality party flags to their higher quality/more accurate versions. Some haven't been updated for a decade or are outright not there. I also did not violate any copyright laws of Pakistan where the parties are based, nor are party flags typically heavily guarded as intellectual property in the country. AgentDuck11 (talk) 01:16, 23 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Pakistan's copyright law is irrelevant on Wikipedia, which is governed by its own policy and generally based on American law. Your continuation of accusing Vif12vf of bad faith and accusing them of harassment is only going to make things harder for you. You are a brand new editor: slow down.--Bbb23 (talk) 01:27, 23 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Ok I have understood your points. I'd like to know however if I have actually violated any copyright laws, as the images I chose to upload are self-made. AgentDuck11 (talk) 01:43, 23 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
I'm not an expert in that area. You might ask an administrator at Commons.--Bbb23 (talk) 01:45, 23 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
