Hi Age0948, the reason why The Black Doves BD cannot have a Wikipedia article yet is that they are not notable. "Notable" has a special mening in Wikipedia: it means that a band must already be written about, for instance in major newspapers. Wikipedia is not a way to make an unknown band known to the world.
