Adding images to Warda al-Yaziji

edit

Hello, it does not work to hotlink to images on other websites: Wikipedia will only show images uploaded to Wikipedia or to Wikimedia Commons. See WP:Images for more info.

If you can find a photo of Warda al-Yaziji that is verifiably out of copyright (i.e. we know the general year it was taken and it's old enough to be out of copyright) you can upload it to Wikimedia Commons and use the code it gives you to display her photo in the article. If there are no photos that have left copyright, you can upload one image under WP:Fair use.

Image stuff can be kind of tricky at first, to click the right boxes for a picture's legal status, so if you have any trouble, please visit WP:Teahouse and ask the volunteer mentors there for help, letting them know what you've tried and what part of the process is confusing you.

Great work on the draft, hope you can get a photo onto it soon. MatthewVanitas (talk) 05:26, 16 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
