You do not deserve a reply to your email because a) you gave no links and b) you are advertising. However ...

No you cannot "hot-link" an external image into a Wikipedia page. Why don't you:

• reduce the image to no more than 400 pixels wide - the version you uploaded was 4708×1217 px which is far too large
• upload it again
• apply a fair-use licence tag - see logos of similar organisations
• read the image description after the upload. If you had actually read the image description of your previous upload, you would have seen that you had uploaded the image with a deletion request already in place - see the standard message below.

Speedy deletion of Daptiv

This is not enough to confer notability on this business. Article itself is advertising and non-neutral, referring to its products as "solutions".
