Hello, I'm Sumanuil. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Bab-el-Mandeb have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. - Sumanuil. I only changed El to Al in Bab El-Mandeb. All Arabs, throughout history until now, use the article Al which is equivalent to the English article 'THE', EXCEPT the Egyptians, they pronounce it El. Clearly, it was an Egyptian who contributed to this subject. As a Saudi, we in the entire Arabia call the straight Bab Al-Mandab, for that reason I made the corrections. If you choose to keep it as is, that would be fine with me, I just thought I was doing Wikipedia a favor by correcting the spelling according to the proper pronunciation. 98.50.165.140 (talk) 00:58, 2 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
