As you appear to have a connection to the subject, you need to read WP:PAID and WP:COI and make the necessary disclosures. This is not optional you must do this. You can make requests at the article talk page by following the instructions shown here. It should be mentioned that Wikipedia has little, if any, interest in what a subject has to say about themselves and they do not have control over what an article about them may contain.
