The article concerns a major metropolitan police force. While a mention of the existence of a gift shop may be warranted, devoting 15% of the word count to it and adding contact numbers, hours of operation, staff members, descriptions of the facility and trivia is inappropriate and promotional. I noticed you are making many edits to this article. Please use the edit summaries to describe what you do in each edit. that will help other editors. Copyright violations edit
Much of the content you've inserted is a direct copy from the OPS website. The OPS website is copyrighted - you may not use the material on Wikipedia, which is a free-content encyclopedia.
