I undid your mention of a new book in the Space Elevator article. The "enthusiastic" tone (promotional and subjective) would be easy to fix, but the bigger issue would be includability. Things like this can be includable I think, but there needs to be some notability. I don't think we're generally trying mention to every novel with a space elevator in it. The Clarke and Heinlein stuff had a big impact in communicating the idea of space elevators. They're notable because they moved things along. Maybe the Space elevators in fiction article would be suited for that entry.
