County Map of 1824 Election

User Tilden76, who has done a lot of good map work, has posted a new map of the popular vote by counties to the 1824 Election page. This map incorrectly colors North Carolina counties, that really voted for Crawford, as having voted for Adams. Counties that should be green, are red. Not sure how to flag this for a fix?
