Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Bradley Steven Perry, please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. — JohnFromPinckney (talk) 00:52, 9 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please do not add or change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to Nintendo 3DS. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. « ₣M₣ » 06:20, 25 November 2010 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

Please assume good faith in your dealings with other editors, which you did not on Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle. Assume that they are here to improve rather than harm Wikipedia. You and User:Tintor2 have been in an edit war over whether or not the article belongs in the Category:Cloning in fiction. This violates WP:3RR. After seeing the show myself, I agree that the article does not belong in that particular category. If you wish to explain your reasoning, please do so in the article's talk page. If this continues, you could be banned from editing by an administrator. WM2 18:51, 28 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle‎. Users who edit disruptively or refuse to collaborate with others may be blocked if they continue. In particular the three-revert rule states that making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block. If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the talk page to discuss controversial changes. Work towards wording and content that gains consensus among editors. If unsuccessful, then do not edit war even if you believe you are right. Post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. You have already been warned about this: you may well be blocked if you continue to make this change without discussion. JamesBWatson (talk) 21:25, 28 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

You seem to make tons of little edits in a row, if the previous edit did not do what you wanted it to do, or if you had something else to add. Before you hit the "Save Page" button each time, click "Show Preview" instead, so that people can see what else is being edited. The Stick Man (talk) 23:08, 14 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console

edit

I appreciate your most recent attempt to add a source to your edits stating that the 3DS' Virtual Console service will launch with the system. However, when I checked it out, there was a problem. I've described the problem in detail on the article's talk page. If you can shed any light on the subject, I'd like to hear it there. Thanks. --McDoobAU93 07:24, 12 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

The Virtual Console 3DS will now not be available on launch day. Instead it'll be in late May. It was one of those errors IGN made.

All I am doing is adding the # of VC games available and their price range. Why did you guys remove them?

I'm reverting all of your edits involving prices, but not giving you a warning on them. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a place to get a price check on a video game. If someone wants to know how much they cost, there are plenty of other sites to get such information. Please do not include information in articles that is non-encyclopedic in nature. Are you guys stupid or something? I want to add those things.

First, please sign your posts on talk pages with four tildes (~~~~). Second, you're being directed to the specfic reasons why pricing isn't encyclopedic. Third, calling fellow editors "stupid" isn't very civil. Please read the recommended sections before responding to this. Thank you. --McDoobAU93 06:37, 2 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Seriously, is this site run by bots or something? I wasn't even vandalizing that page. Why do you guys assume that? I was just adding the "#" of games for each VC category. I'm sorry for calling you guys "stupid" okay! (63.134.188.237 (talk) 06:42, 2 October 2011 (UTC))Reply

Your apology is accepted. Please feel free to offer your opinions and reasoning on the article talk page thread that you started. --McDoobAU93 06:55, 2 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Okay, but I think the GB, GBC, NES, and 3D Classics should note the # of games currently available, they don't have to have a price range. (63.134.188.237 (talk) 07:46, 2 October 2011 (UTC))Reply

That's fine. You should state your reasoning why the article will be improved with the inclusion of that information in the article's talk page. You posted that statement there as a new section, which is just what needed to be done and where it's much better to be discussed. --McDoobAU93 08:47, 2 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to List of Virtual Console games for Nintendo 3DS (North America), but we cannot accept original research. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on List of Virtual Console games for Nintendo 3DS (North America). Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection.
