Contributions and problems

edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You have made many contributions, but many of them have problems. For example, all of the "alphanumber" edits are not notable, and in any case "alphanumber" is not a normal English term. You continue to make lots of pointless edits removing or adding spaces (these are not "syntax corrections", because the spaces are optional), combining these with actual changes to the text. This makes it very difficult and time-consuming to check your edits. Please make yourself a login User name. If you do not, and you continue to edit from these IP addresses in Brazil, you will probably be blocked. Imaginatorium (talk) 13:43, 30 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Imaginatorium:: The word "alphanumber" exists in the English Wiktionary. The 10 algarisms and the 26 letters form the 36 alphanumbers, who are used in vanity license plates, in passwords and so on.

Well, [1] says it doesn't. The word "alphanumeric" does, and is an adjective, but often used as a noun. Perhaps you are thinking of pt:Alfanumérico? "Algarism" is not an English word either. I recommend you to go and edit Portuguese wikipedia. Imaginatorium (talk) 14:57, 30 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Sorry if I use archaisms or neologisms in my arguments. I forgot the use of the word "alphanumeric" in the articles of the numbers from "10" to "35".

Sundays in calendaristic converters

edit

@Imaginatorium:: My informations over the exemplar dominical dates, as 2 January 0 CE (Julian 4 January 1 BC) and 7 January 9999 BCE (Julian 25 March 10000 BC), for example, are relevant, then they are used in calendaristic converters. The Gregorian 26 December 9999 CE will be a Sunday.

Sources. You need to show that people have written books which demonstrate the notability of these particular facts. They are not needed for any calculation, since any reasonable calendar calculator can work from any given date (e.g. today). Imaginatorium (talk) 15:57, 30 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Please stop

edit

Someone using this IP address is repeating edits to number articles which have already been reverted and are being discussed on various talk pages. This can be seen as edit warring. Please stop now, until we reach a consensus as to whether these entries enhance the articles. Certes (talk) 16:35, 30 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
